Caroline Foundation Offers Study Scholarships

The Caroline Foundation in Madrid, Spain announced on Tuesday that it has begun offering 1,645 postgraduate educational scholarships for students from Latin American countries for the period 2010-2011. For the tenth consecutive year, the foundation is giving priority to students from Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, and Perú. Applications will be accepted through March 1, 2010. Founded in 2000, the foundation is a public-private institution that promotes cultural relations and educational and scientific cooperation between Spain and Latin America. The director of the Caroline Foundation is José Antonio Alonso.
